A protocol of cooperation has been signed between Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Palestine South Hebron Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture

A protocol of cooperation has been signed between our Chamber and the Palestine South Hebron Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in order to increase exports between the two countries.

The signing ceremony held online was attended by the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Turkey, Dr. Faed Mustafa, Palestinian State Turkish Commercial Counselor Rana Abusibaa, Chairman of the Board Mustafa Eken, Members of the Board of Directors, South Hebron Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture Chairman Kalid Aljabrain, Palestinian Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture Federation President Omar Hashim and Palestine Trade Industry and Agriculture Chamber members attended.

Expressing that the works are continuing to create new export areas for our members, our Chairman of the Board, Mustafa Eken, said, “In this context, we signed between our Chamber and the Palestine Southern Hebron Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. With this protocol, I hope that the members of our Chamber and the Southern Hebron Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture will make serious contributions to their commercial potential. Good luck,” he said.

Providing information about Sivas's industry, agriculture and animal husbandry, exports and OIZs, our President Eken said, "Sivas is a city that has made a serious attack in the fields of industry, agriculture and tourism recently. We have Gemerek, Sarkisla and First OIZ. The other is Demirağ OIZ, which is built as an example in Turkey, with a railway line passing through it, and a logistics village right next to it. We set an export target of 30 million dollars by opening an office in Almaty, Kazakhstan. We will continue to work to guide and support our industrialists from Sivas.”

Our President Eken, who invited the Palestinian delegation to Sivas, said, "Sivas, the Capital of History and Culture, is a city that produces, develops day by day and is a candidate to be popular with its industrial infrastructure. I invite our delegation here to Sivas. I would like to host you and my team in Sivas so that you can see the agriculture, industry and tourism potential of Sivas on site. We will be happy and honored to welcome you here. We will sign an important protocol. May it be beneficial for Palestine, our country and our Sivas business world. We are very happy to have economic cooperation with Palestine, which we have historical ties with," he said.

Kalid Aljabrain, Chairman of the Southern Hebron Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, said; “Today is a proud day for us. We will sign a cooperation protocol between Güney Halil Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This is a strategic step for us. And it is very important,” he said.

Referring to the importance of the protocol, Omar Hashim, President of the Federation of Palestinian Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, said, "I am happy and honored to be at the signing ceremony of this cooperation agreement between Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Palestine Southern Halil Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture."

After the speeches, a protocol of cooperation has been signed between our Chamber and the Palestine Southern Hebron Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.
