China General Administration of Customs Food Producers Registration System

It is stated that the regulations made by the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) numbered 248 and 249 regarding the registration of companies that will export food products to China will enter into force as of January 1, 2022.
In the article, it was stated that our exporters who produce food products and export to China were misled by some malicious consultancy firms regarding the registration system, and it was emphasized that they could register in the system without the need for consulting services, as detailed in the article.
It is further stated in the article that the registration guide, which contains information on the registration procedure to the GACC system, has also been prepared by the Ministry of Commerce.
