OUR QUALITY POLICY

  • By following technological innovations in communication tools, we aim to enhance our communication methods.
  • To inform the public about our activities and events, we will use written, visual, and digital mass communication tools to effectively increase our visibility and image.
  • We will use the communication methods preferred by our members.
  • To promote the activities of the institution, we will share all our activities on our website at www.stso.org.tr and via @stsokurumsal social media accounts.
  • We will use every communication tool required by technology, including written and visual media, in contact with our stakeholders, both inside and outside the institution, in a way that is understandable and sustainable.
  • We will respect intellectual property rights in our posts and comply with copyright when using information and documents produced by others.
  • We will adhere to the principle of privacy and confidentiality of personal life.
  • We will work closely with local, national, and international media, including print press, radio, television, magazines, news agencies, and internet broadcasters.

OUR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

  • By using the income items determined under the framework of the TOBB Law No. 5174, we will develop the resources of our Chamber.
  • By planning our activities to increase our income, we aim to provide the resources our Chamber needs under the most favorable conditions.
  • We will use our existing resources in a way that supports the economic development of our district and contributes to employment.
  • We will evaluate our financial risks and take measures against them.
  • In gathering revenues and expenses, we will adopt the principles of efficiency, frugality, transparency, fairness, accuracy, and timely information.
  • We will carry out the activities within the framework of our Chamber's Strategic Plan and Annual Business Plan goals according to the annual current budget.

OUR MEMBER RELATIONS POLICY

  • In all our activities, we will focus clearly on member requirements, determine their expectations, analyze them correctly, and meet them.
  • We will conduct all our processes and activities in a way that will meet the requests and expectations of our members.
  • We will keep our activities related to members up to date, strengthen member relationships by ensuring their participation in stock exchange activities.
  • We will ensure the confidentiality of member information.
  • With our member-oriented management approach, we will conduct periodic member visits to track member needs and expectations.

OUR COMPLAINT POLICY

  • We will provide various access channels for members to submit their complaints.
  • In resolving complaints, we will ensure the adoption of basic principles such as objectivity, customer-oriented approach, accountability, confidentiality of complainants' information, no financial burden on the complainant, legal compliance, and continuous improvement by all employees.
  • In all our activities and in the complaint management process, we will ensure full compliance with the legislation.
  • We will allocate the necessary resources to resolve complaints and improve the complaint management structure.
  • We will continuously improve the complaint management system by regularly reviewing the expectations of relevant parties, internal and external issues, compliance obligations, risks, and opportunities of our processes.
