1-) MERSIS Application
* Notarized Power of Attorney must be uploaded to the system after being scanned to the computer in PDF format.
2-) Petition
* It must be signed by the authorized person with the company stamp, if signed by proxy, the original or approved copy of the power of attorney must be attached, and must include the attached document breakdown.
3-) Agency power of attorney (Notarized - 1 copy)
