Business Machine Seizure and Pledge Transactions

Legal and judicial authorities and various Public Institutions and organizations, for various reasons (criminal proceedings, debts, receivables, etc.) to the registration records of business machines; They request the processing or removal of annotations such as “Pledged”, “Cannot be sold and Transferred”, “Foreclosed”, “Stolen” and “In Enforcement Proceedings”. Documents Required to Remove the Lien / Restriction Annotation - A petition addressed to the Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry and requesting the removal of the restriction annotation that is registered in the registration record of the business machine, - Removal letter from the relevant institution that the lien or restriction annotation has been removed - Signature circular or Power of Attorney (If the real or legal person will not follow their own transactions)

 

Documents Required for Processing the Pledge Deed

 

- A petition addressed to Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry and requesting a pledge annotation on the business machine, - Original of the Pledge Agreement, - Original of the Registration Certificate, - Signature circular of the parties of the pledge agreement (It will belong to the pledging and receiving parties), - Photocopy of the Identity Card of the owner of the construction equipment (for individuals), - Signature circular or Power of Attorney (if the real or legal person will not follow their own transactions), - Receipt of the receipt that the Construction Equipment Registration Fee has been deposited to the cashier of our Chamber

 

Documents Required for Processing the Pledge Deed

 

- A petition addressed to Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry and requesting the removal of the pledge annotation attached to the business machine,- Notarized pledge removal letter of the pledgee or release from the Notary Public.- Original Business Machine Registration Certificate,- Power of Attorney (if the real or legal person will not follow his own transactions),- Photocopy of the identity card of the owner of the business machine (for individuals),- Receipt that the Business Machine Registration Transaction Fee has been deposited in the cashier of our Chamber
