Amendments to the Articles of Association of a Collective Company

1-) MERSIS Application

2-) Petition

* It must be signed by the person authorized to represent the company with the company stamp or by proxy, and the original or certified copy of the power of attorney must be attached.

2-) Notarized Resolution of the Board of Shareholders containing the text of the amendment regarding the amended article of the articles of association of the company (2 copies)

3-) If there is a foreign national partner/authorized entry, the translation of the notarized passport, the signature declarations of the new officials under the title of the company should be submitted, and the Turkish ID numbers (tax number or foreigner-specific ID number of foreign nationals) should be specified in the amendment agreement.

4-) If the amendment of the articles of association is related to the duration of the company; a certified public accountant's report showing that the company continues to operate and maintains its equity and a certificate of activity of the certified public accountant must be submitted.
