Cooperative Branch Opening Procedures

1-) MERSIS Application

2-) Chamber Registration Petition

* It must be signed jointly by the officials with the cooperative stamp.  

3-) Chamber registration declaration  

* Signed by Authorized Signatories, there must be a picture of the branch manager.

4-) Decision of the board of directors regarding the opening of the branch (1 notarized)

* In this decision, the trade name, open address, representatives and representation method of the branch shall be clearly stated.

5-) Signature declaration of the branch representative issued under the title by the Trade Registry Directorate

6-) If the Registry Directorate where the center is located is outside Sivas, the document obtained from the registry directorate of the center according to Article 120 of the Registry Regulation

7-) If the Registry Office where the headquarters is located is outside Sivas, a certified copy of the registrations regarding the articles of association and amendments to the articles of association and the last election of the Board of Directors registered by the registry office of the headquarters and the Trade Registry Gazette of the last registration made at the headquarters
