* Must be jointly signed by the liquidators

3-) Minutes of the general assembly meeting regarding the finalization of the liquidation (Notarized - 1 copy)

5-) List of attendees

6-) Original Ministry representative appointment letter

7-) End of liquidation balance sheet (2 copies) must be jointly signed by the liquidators with the Cooperative stamp

* If the end of liquidation balance sheets cannot be approved by the general assembly (if the general assembly cannot convene), the liquidator may request the deletion of the registry records with the finalized decision of the Commercial Court of First Instance regarding the approval of the end of liquidation balance sheets.

* With the acceptance of the liquidation balance sheet, the general assembly creditors of the end of liquidation may convene 1 year after the 3rd invitation.

* With the acceptance of the liquidation balance sheet, if there are ordinary general assemblies that have not been held before at the meeting of the end of liquidation, these periods must also be discussed and discharged.

* The Turkish ID numbers of the partners / members of the Board of Directors must be written in the resolution or an internet printout must be given in the annex of the resolution.
