- It must be signed by the authorized person with the company stamp, if it is signed by proxy, the original or certified copy of the power of attorney must be attached, and it must include the attached document statement.
- The insurance company that provides the power of attorney can also apply with a stamped and signed petition.
3-) The agency power of attorney (notarized - 1 copy) must be scanned and processed in MERSİS.
4-) If it is a sub-agency, the insurance company's consent
