Turkish Trade Registry Gazette Copy Transactions
The last paragraph of Article 37 of the Turkish Commercial Code stipulates that the matters registered in the trade registry, which are required to be announced, shall be announced in a newspaper at the Government Center, which is dedicated to announcing the registry records of the whole of Turkey.
Other announcements required by law and by-laws, announcements issued by courts, official offices and public legal entities in relation to commercial affairs, and judicial decisions on bankruptcy and concordat prepared by the bankruptcy office are also published in the Gazette.
The fees for the announcements published in the TTRG enter into force after the approval of the Ministry of Trade and 10 days after the publication of this tariff in the TTRG.
Trade registry gazettes published by the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette Directorate can be obtained online 24/7 with e-signature.
