Expertise Report

TO WHOM IS THE EXPERT REPORT ISSUED?

      Upon the request of the companies whose activity addresses are registered in our Chamber, which do not produce in industrial style, such as workplaces that cannot issue a Capacity Report, usually produce by hand workmanship and sell their products directly to consumers, repair, maintenance, manual or semi-automatic filling and packaging workplaces, laundries, fuel stations, gas and oil distribution facilities, treatment and storage facilities, and whose activity addresses are registered in our Chamber, a Chamber-approved Expertise Report showing the annual capacities of the willing companies is issued by the expert engineer to be assigned by our Chamber, taking into account the on-site inspection and the existing machine park and worker status.

      In addition, if the industrial facilities that have a valid capacity report issued by our Chamber and make shift production at the workplace request, a shift Expertise Report can be issued by 2 (two) expert engineers to be assigned by our Chamber by examining the report of the willing companies that they make shift production to be prepared by a certified public accountant, taking into account the existing machine park and the number of workers in the workplace.  

WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE EXPERT REPORT APPLICATION?

*Expertise Report Application Form (Annex 1).

*Photocopy of the Signature Circular or Power of Attorney of the Authorized Signatory in the Application Form.

* Receipt for the Expertise Fee to be deposited at the cash desk of our Chamber.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SHIFT APPRAISAL REPORT:

* Shift Expertise Report Application Petition (Annex 2).

* Copy of Signature Circular or Power of Attorney of the Authorized Signatory in the Petition

* Photocopy of Valid Capacity Report.

* Original Certified Public Accountant Shift Report.

* Receipts of Expertise Fee Receipts to be deposited for 2 Experts at the cashier of our Chamber.
