Digital Tachograph Card

Digital Tachograph System is the tachograph system which has become compulsory to be used instead of mechanical or electromechanical tachograph devices in new vehicles used in road transport in the member states of the European Union as of May 1, 2006 in accordance with the European Agreement concerning the Work of Personnel in Vehicles engaged in International Road Transport (AETR) and various council regulations.

Digital Tachograph Cards are smart cards designed to be used together with the tachograph device. Tachograph cards enable the cardholder to be recognized by the tachograph device, data transfer and memorization.

Card Fees:

Driver card fee 1.500,00 ₺  

Company card fee 4.200,00 ₺  

Service card fee 4.200,00 ₺

Digital Tachograph Card Applications:

-STAUM - Digital Tachograph Research and Application Center's web page,

-Payment for the tachograph card to Vakıflar Bank of Turkey with the payment number given on the application page,

- It can be realized by receiving the card produced by STAUM - Digital Tachograph Research and Application Center from the room selected as the delivery center.

Documents Required for Card Applications:

Drivers/companies and services wishing to obtain a digital tachograph card are required to make their applications on the internet address https://staum.tobb.org.tr using a computer with an internet connection. After the application is made, an application is made to the specified application center (to our Chamber if the application center is specified as our Chamber) for card delivery.

A- For Driver Card Application;  

-The original of your driver's license -The original of your birth certificate -Biometric (frontal, white background) photograph.
