EUR.1 Certificate of Circulation

In exports to countries with which Turkey has signed a Free Trade Agreement, it is a document issued by the institutions authorized by the Ministry in order to ensure that originating products can benefit from the provisions of the agreement in the export of products included in the scope of the Agricultural Products List and the European Coal and Steel Community Product List to the member countries of the European Union, and it is a document issued by the customs administrations.

Based on the Harmonized System Nomenclature, the goods marked with the abbreviation (T) in the Turkish Customs Entry Tariff Schedule indicate the product included in the Agricultural Product List. EUR.1 Certificate of Circulation is also issued for the export of these goods to European Union countries.

EUR.1 Certificate of Circulation is also issued for the export of goods to the European Union countries that fall within the jurisdiction of the Agreement Establishing the European Coal and Steel Community (CECA) with Turkey and the abbreviation (CECA) in the Turkish Customs Entry Tariff Schedule.

EUR.MED Certificate of Circulation

In exports to the countries with which Turkey has signed a Free Trade Agreement, the PAN EUROPEAN MEDITERRANEAN ORIGIN CUMULATION SYSTEM (PAAMK) is a document approved by our Chamber and visaed by the Customs Authorities in order to benefit from the customs reduction of the exported goods in exports to the FTA countries listed below in accordance with the Regulation on the Determination of the Preferential Origin of Goods in Trade within the Scope.
