Registration Procedures as a Result of Merger/Type Change
- A petition addressed to Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry requesting that the construction equipment registration certificate be registered according to the new title of the company,
- The original Work Machine Registration Certificate issued according to the former title of the company,
- Copy of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette (Merger Agreement Declaration Gazette),
- Signature circular or Power of Attorney (if the real or legal person will not follow their own transactions),
- Receipt that the Business Machine Registration Transaction Fee has been deposited to the cashier of our Chamber
