Business Machine First Registration Procedures

- A petition addressed to Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry and requesting the registration of the construction equipment,- Invoice (original and photocopy),- For Zero Construction Equipment (if the construction equipment is domestically produced, a valid Domestic Goods Certificate, if the vehicle is imported, in addition to the invoice, customs entry declaration and receipt of payment of customs duty,    - Certificate of residence of the owner of the Work Machine (for individuals),- Photocopy of the identity card of the owner of the Work Machine (for individuals),- Signature circular or Power of Attorney (if the real or legal person will not follow their own transactions),- Technical document (It will be issued and approved by a mechanical engineer registered with the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers and will contain the following information)
