Work Machine License Renewal procedures

1. For the renewal of registration documents in title change transactions;- A petition addressed to Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry and requesting the renewal of the business machine registration certificate according to the new title of the company,- Old Business Machine Registration Certificate,- A photocopy of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette (Title change declaration newspaper),- Signature circular or Power of Attorney (if the real or legal person will not follow his own transactions),- Receipt of the receipt that the Business Machine Registration Transaction Fee has been deposited in our Chamber cashier
