Real Person Succession Transactions
1-) MERSIS Application
From the Amendment Procedures, an application should be made by selecting through business transfer / inheritance and a request number should be obtained.
2-) Petition
* (It must be signed by the merchant or by proxy with the company stamp. If signed by proxy, the original or certified copy of the power of attorney must be attached)
3-) Signature declaration under the business title (to be prepared by the Trade Registry Directorate)
4-) Notarized consent from the heirs
5-) Certificate of Inheritance or Certificate of Inheritance issued by a notary public
6-) If the heir merchant who will continue the commercial activity is a foreign national, a translated notarized copy of his/her passport, and if he/she resides in Turkey, a notarized residence permit, tax identification number obtained from the tax office
