* It should be signed by the merchant or by proxy with the company stamp and the original or approved copy of the power of attorney should be attached.
* In the petition, the title of the enterprise, its capital, its center, the opening date of the enterprise and the subject of its real activity on this date should be clearly shown together with the NACE code and it should be written that the responsibility belongs to the person signing the petition if it is determined that this information is correct.
3-) Chamber registration declaration
* Must be signed by the company official, there must be a picture of the company official
4-) Signature declaration under the business title
5-) The document obtained from the Trade Registry Directorate where the previous headquarters was located, according to Article 111 of the Registry Regulation
