DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR BRANCH REGISTRATION:
1-) MERSIS Application
2-) Petition
* It must be signed by the merchant or by proxy with the company stamp and the original or approved copy of the power of attorney must be attached. In the petition, the title of the enterprise, its capital, its center, the opening date of the enterprise and the subject of its real activity on this date should be clearly shown together with the NACE code and it should be written that the responsibility belongs to the person signing the petition if it is determined that this information is correct.
3-) Chamber registration declaration
* It must be signed by the company official, the picture of the branch official must be present.
4-) Signature declaration under the business title (It will only be issued in our Directorate for those who have the old type of identity)
5-) Taxpayer letter obtained from the tax office regarding the opening of the branch and the Tax Plate of the Head Office
